An IT graduate from Bournemouth University with high aspirations, Curtis Scarlett is all ready to reach his destination with a vast knowledge and experience in Web development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). He also has experience in marketing and business management sectors and has worked in various companies under a variety of roles which gave him a high exposure to the business and technology.

Experiences of Curtis Scarlett

Curtis Scarlett started his career in 2013 when he was a University student. He first joined as a marketing intern where he was responsible for building links, content writing and social network management. This was a great beginning for him as he learned the basics of SEO, marketing and learned a lot about the travel industry which helped him in his later life.

After finishing off his studies, he joined DotCom Consultancy Limited, one of the biggest SEO and marketing forums as the Customer Support Manager. He was mainly responsible for supporting the users with their queries, web designing, marketing, SEO, and content creation and management. As mentioned by Curtis Scarlett, he is really proud to be a part of the team which has made a name for itself for providing high-quality customer services.

After working for about 1 year with DotCom, he moved to London and started working at Bazaarvoice as the Client Care Specialist. Being a curious problem-solver, he mainly focussed on building a technical and client relationship skill set. His key responsibilities at Bazaarvoice include resolving client queries and concerns in a regular manner, integrating the business platform on clients’ e-commerce sites, handle and manage client escalations and expectations effectively among others.

After this, Curtis Scarlett joined Hyperoptic Limited as the Client Services Executive. He was a key member of a team responsible for the operations of the sales department. He was mainly assigned to Business Development responsibilities and handling the technical concerns of the sales team.

Currently, he is working as the Customer Experience Specialist at Adthena, a fast-growing start-up and he is responsible for the customer success of the company by means of offering customer and technical support, solving customer queries, and also with the documentations and server maintenance.
